Sandcastle Resort at Lido Beach

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The choice of 2 pools was very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day and the property was also very clean. The resort fee covered towels, bottled water, beach chairs and umbrellas and some outdoor activities. The drink prices were reasonable. The beach was STUNNING! My only complaint was the rooms are old and the ac really didnt keep up. But overall, we loved it here.

Staff was great! Friendly all the time. Property is very old and not updated. Bathroom was very old and dificulte to use. This is a nice property but last update was done in th 80’s.

I never imagined that I would pay around $270 to arrive and find a place so old, dirty, without the slightest concern for customers. I would be ashamed to offer to sell such a dirty place to customers! I believe that you should not work with this type of hotel, which is still called a Resort! Thank God I was able to cancel, and I hope I can get my money back. I would prefer to sleep in my car, than a place like this.

Everything was good about the property but it could stand for a renovation to bring to a more upto date facility, but it was still good. I will definitely be booking my next stay there.

Everyone was so nice and polite.We enjoyed our stay was very good.

The property needs an urgent maintenance and update. The room has a leak in the bathroom from upstairs. The staff is very nice and attentive. The beach is beautiful and clean.

2 pools and beach access was awesome! Didn’t like the walkways to the pool from our room they were flooded after rain or dirty when the rain subsided.
