"Worst customer experiences"

Had to sleep outside like a homeless person, even if I paid for a room. As my card stopped working and I didn't bring my passport. Worst I ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend it if it was the only hotel in town.

Great location near Beacon Hill but walkable distance to Freedom Trail. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and good for the price.

Beds were a little small as only doubles rather than queens. Pool area was functional but needs some cleaning/refreshing.

The fact that there was MICE in the hotel!!!! And the beds are horrible for sleeping if you aren't from the 50s! The TV quality is OUTDATED!! I PAID $500 FOR THIS

Location is just perfect, and we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The staff wasn't friendly. Just groomy and tired. The swimming pool worker and the cleaning ladies were the only ones who smiled and tried to be helpful. The construction outside was annoying, but the hotel is not to blame, and it is temporary. The swimming pool area could have used a few nice touches, such as a flower bed. Small upgrade could have levelled up the experience.

Nice location neat a quaint, tucked away neighborhood and close to Beacon Hill. Friendly staff.

Wish the pricing would include breakfast or a voucher of some sort. A few feet away from the main entrance a homeless person was sleeping on the street. Also, hotel seemed a bit old and would be a good candidate for renovation/refresh.
