Nice renovation of a older property. Very clean well maintained
The pool was freezing cold, definitely won’t be back.
We were counting on breakfast but the dining room was closed, the parking lot was unlit and unsafe, the carpets worn and overall the property needs updating.

I was writing about the room key that didn't work and the coffee machine that didn't work, and the 10-dollar breakfast which when you turn it down they don't offer at least coffee (see broken coffee machine, above), BUT another reviewer stole my thunder about the $75 over charge on my bill! Thanks for the heads-up, I'll plan to be on the phone all morning tomorrow.

USThey seem to think that new renovation includes prostitute scratches on the head board. And the either the clientele or staff love to slam doors here. I'd be wary. Your not going to get any sleep. It's more on the trashy side of a hotel that tries to nickel and dime you on EVERYTHING. They even charge for BREAKFAST!! You may be unpleasantly suprised by the extra charges they will charge to your bank account or credit card. Then later blame their new billing system when you didn't plan for extra charges to hit your bank account. After calling and being told it's IHG's fault so you spend 2 hours on the phone with them as they play pass the buck. Only after emailing multiple people the general manager tells you thank you for understanding?!?! Don't stay here you'll regret it guarenteed. There are better hotels near by.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night! Kids running up and down the hallways late at night. The room smelled like someone died in it!!!!! Way over priced!!!
Pool closed they stated pump not working. Online it states there’s a restaurant. There is no restaurant there us a bar. Very misleading. Rooms outdated, dirty. Kids running in hallways. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed by the Holiday Inn kindness for anything we needed. I am going to make another reservation for Sept 14, 2022 . Great location.
