Les repas étaient délicieux avec de multiples plats élaborés. Le personnel était très attentionné.

Nous avons tout aimé sauf les heures fixes pour les repas et le bain privé qui limitent le temps pour explorer la région. Les matelas sont un peu minces et dures.

Credo fossero i due titolari alla reception al check in e check out, un po’ freddi e poco accoglienti

It is a classical ryokan, which is nice. The breakfast and dinner were authentic and very tasty. The indoor onsen was very nice, but the next time I would definitely go to a place with an outdoor onsen. It is a completely different experience.

1. The view is on the construction site right in the back on the building. There are mountains on the background though. 2. The rooms are not in the best condition. 3. The lady who does the check in and is the supervisor in the hotel was unfriendly. She wasn’t even at bit client oriented. She scheduled our breakfast and dinner time as well as the onsen usage time according to her/her team’s convenience. We were with the baby, so timing was very important to us. The time slots she proposed were very inconvenient for us and she didn’t care. More than that, I had to have a discussion with her about my baby getting a towel (she did give it in the end). I didn’t feel welcome at all and I wouldn’t recommend to go there with small children.

Traditional out-of-time atmosphere, delicious food, kind staff

Struttura molto pulita, dotata di molti comfort, letti comodi per essere dei futon.

Un asciugamano in più è leggermente più grande sarebbe stato più adeguato.
