Belle expérience. Les repas étaient impressionnant Nous avons pu réserver le Onsen pour 50 minutes par jour gracieusement.

Pour quelqu'un dormant sur le côté, les futons étaient inconfortables. Yukata un peu étroit pour personnes de forte taille

It was off the beaten path in Hakone which got us farther away from the high tourist traffic. The staff was wonderful. I ended up getting a bad sinus headache and they gave warm compresses which really saved me. We had a small mix up with the times we were booked for the onsen but it ended up working out for the best as we got to enjoy a soak at night during a light rain. It was incredibly peaceful. This hotel is not too far from a bus stop but it is also quite out of the way. That was a huge plus for my husband and I as we wanted to have a more personal, intimate experience instead of something geared towards tourists.

I’m finding it difficult to find anything we did not like about the property. Everyone and the experience was amazing.

Le dîner et petit déjeuner sont pour moi cher. Pas d'eau à table, il faut demander au verre. Aucune explication sur le dîner, pour ce prix là j'aurais aimé découvrir un peu plus (dans quel ordre manger les plats, recevoir un menu ? On ne savait pas ce que l'on mangeait) Le manque de proactivite du personnel : j'apprends le matin à 6h par message que nous avons jusqu'à 9h pour réserver le repas du soir. J'ai répondu à 9h47 > pas de repas possible. Nous avons donc réservé pour le le demain. Les horaires absolument pas flexible : pdj tard (8h45) on a demandé si 8h ok - on nous a répondu que non. Repas du soir 17h30... et servi en 30'. Expérience middle pour 11K par personne sans boisson. Aussi, la vue de la chambre est HORRIBLE sur un parking déserte et en travaux - nous n'avons jamais été mis au courant (nous avons prix une chambre avec vue sur rue calme - photo mensongère)

Beautiful property in a convenient location to get busses. The onsen and food were also great. The staff were very nice.

There was some confusion on check in regarding my wife’s dietary requirements. I messaged them immediately upon making the booking to ask if they could accommodate a vegetarian menu (because she is pregnant, she was concerned about eating certain foods). They just asked if that meant no sashimi or uncooked meat. I replied that well cooked meat was fine, but no raw fish. Upon check in, the owner seemed confused when we said my wife could not eat sashimi. This caused us some stress and anxiety, as it seems they did not record or remember our dietary request. They made accommodations with the meal when we arrived later for the food, but it was not a nice first impression. The shower room was also quite old and the water pressure was very forceful, which made taking a shower hard work.

Les repas étaient délicieux avec de multiples plats élaborés. Le personnel était très attentionné.

Nous avons tout aimé sauf les heures fixes pour les repas et le bain privé qui limitent le temps pour explorer la région. Les matelas sont un peu minces et dures.
