I think there is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. The on/off button on the HVAC unit was missing.

"BEWARE; THEIR ADS LIE!!!"

NOTHING!! BEWARE.......They advertise "Pet Friendly" but they DON'T take cats Or Emotional Support Pets!!! We were turned away at 11:30pm & had to sleep in the car!!!

EVERYTHING....Ads are misleading! If cats aren't "pets" then what are they?
