View was okay kinda obstructed by building

Boogers on the chair told staff about it but nothing was done about it. Mentioned the next morning thst still wasn't clean and they shrugged it off.

Friendly efficient check-in. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. AC worked great. We were put on the poolside room, which was nice touch, but were never asked. We would preferred NOT to be near the pool. Breakfast was average.

The hotel staff did very well. The room was nice. I couldn't use the pool.

I walked. Duluth is a maze of walkways. Outside those walkways, is a sketchy downtown (You can see that from inside the walkways). Most shops were closed. Doors to had schedules. I needed a map, schedule (exceptions to closings). Going to hotel room was a maze from elevator to room. Needed a map or instructions.

Very nice and clean.

Hot tub was shut down on main floor and we weren’t informed at check in, the hot tub on the other floor was Luke warm. Like the temp I get outta my bath tub because it’s gotten to cold.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location was great, waking distance from restaurants, bars and attractions.

It was really loud. Noise from slamming doors and from the pool were a little annoying. But overall was good, it was worth the money.

We were able to walk down to the draw bridge and restaurants, although we ended up eating at Thai by Thai which was closer to the hotel and very good! The bathroom was unclean but the manager swiftly made it right. The facilities were in good working order. Not the greatest part of town and it would’ve been nice to have a view, as requested.
