"The quality of the regular 2-Queen room was disappointing at best."

The location was good and the suite was recently remodeled and nice.

The entire floor reeked of chlorine from the pool, including one of our rooms that was on the far side of the floor away from the pool. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom door and the window sill had peeling wood and needed to be replaced.

"Horrible!"

Upon arrival the robe hook fell off the wall and hit me in the head, while the maintenance guy was in the room supposedly fixing the smoke detector that screeched every 30 seconds. Hours later after returning to the room it was still screeching so they sent an extremely rude security guard to remove it from the wall! The Manager didn't even apologize the next morning when I went to the front desk, Horrible experience!

the room was ok.

The pool needs to have adult hours did not get to use pool or hot tube. full with screaming kids. I was told that the room had a whirl pool tube but it did not.
