Close to toy story parking lot. Breakfast was good.

NO water pressure. Only 1 working elevator. Broken alarm clock.

The staff was very helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. My room was very comfortable.

No estaba del todo mal, no está tan cerca de los lugares de interés, son como 20 minutos caminando y digamos qué puede ser una opción más o menos, lo que sí me gustó fue los desayunos estaban bien.

El personal que tienen en RECEPCION no es muy amigable, el elevador definitivamente necesita mantenimiento y el aire acondicionado, aunque si funciona son aire acondicionados viejos

The price was good.

The place is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the place is really run down. The breakfast isn’t any reason to stay there. The neighborhood isn’t very safe.

The ONLY Breakfast meat they serve, every single day we stayed there was a Flat Sausage. I could not eat it no more every single morning, so I asked the Breakfast Room Attendant if they have another kind of meat protein and she apologized and said No, they serve the same Sausage all the time. That was pretty-pretty disappointing! Very disappointing. I couldnt eat it no more, so we skipped the Free Breakfast the last 5 days of the 2 weeks we stayed!! Prices for another type of Sausage or Bacon is almost the same, very small difference, if ever. The hotel must really CONSIDER making a CHANGE with the foid they serve... I will appreciate it if the MANAGER would look into it. 😊 We come to California every year. I like the room we had was very comfortable. Room 215. Very clean. 👍❤️ Only thing is, the telephone was on top of the desk, not on our side table. So I have to get up from bed to call Front Desk if I want to. Otherwise, I just use my cellphone. Good thing I have a US Plan, from Canada! We wished the pool had WARM WATER. Its not...🥶 I guess its good when its soaring hot. However on colder or regular days, its hard to swim when the water is so cold! 🥶 We love their Hot Tub & used it 3x on the 2 week stay. 🤗 Front Desk woman during Check-In had a CONDESCENDING Attitude. I thought it was just me who noticed it, but my husband complained to me too, about that UNWELCOMING gesture we experienced... I was quite tired with our Flight, so I just did not want to say anything about it. I just let it go and decided I will mention this very UNWELCOMING Gesture we experienced when I send my Review. So here it is. 😬😑😕 When Guests enter a hotel to check-in, we expect really a GREAT WELCOME! After all, we CHOSE this hotel amongst other hotels & pay for the accomodation. How hard is it to be NICE?? 🤔🤔🤔 As for the Housekeeping Staff, they ALL were very friendly > smiling, courteous & helpful !! KUDOS to them!!❤️ Thank you to them!! 👍❤️🤗

I have mentioned this ABOVE. ⤴️ ⤴️ ⤴️ I did not want my Vacation to be ruined by the RUDENESS & INHOSPITABLE ATTITUDE of a woman at the Front Desk during our arrival at the hotel, when we checked-in on MAY 30, 2026. HOWEVER, I am asking Hotel Management to look into this and be sure it DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Thank you.
