Location was convenient.

View from room was a disgusting hotel roof with a spot light beaming directly in our window. The listing said hard wood floors, instead we had disgusting old bowling alley quality carpet that absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. The carpet also had multiple sticky spots all over it and debris showing it wasn't vacuumed prior to our visit. Our sliding door window was broken. The fan/heat in our room made us nauseous as it amplified the smell of cigarettes. The Jacuzzi tub had black gunk that shot out of the jets while we ran it. The bathroom had no garbage can, and the one can the room as a whole had didn't even have a bag in it. We barely had any towels in the room. Their were hand prints all over the headboard showing it clearly wasn't wiped down. There was random tape all over the walls and in the bathroom the popcorn finish on the walls was cracking and falling off. The wifi didn't work AT ALL. The staff were rude when we called about the wifi and literally hung up on us. Last but not least, our toilet didn't work.

The staff was great and moved me to a new room immediately

Got a room, with no heat, the TV remote was not set for the TV and the ceiling was leaking water.
