We absolutely love the room, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We love that breakfast came with a lot of varieties and also came with 2 complimentary cocktails for each guest during happy hours. We love to hang out at the atrium bar area with a great atmosphere. We felt welcome the moment we walked in the room with a "Welcome" on the TV screen. It's cool that you have 2 TVs in the room, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

We don't understand why the bottle water was handed to us during check-in. Can't you just leave it in the room during the housekeeping instead of we as guests have to carry it? We also requested a room close to the elevator because we were traveling with our 82 years old mother, but we were assigned to a room that was far away from the only one elevator. As guests, we know that we have the right to request to change the room, but we really don't like to give the front desk an inconvenience during a busy weekend. Limited TV channels and the water pressure in the shower are very low. We think some of the front desk staff at the check-in counter could have been more alert and friendly, especially on weekends. The guy who checked us in was professional, but the other two staff at the other desk were kinda heated up in their discussion in solving their problems, which seems unprofessional to us.

Location was good

Staff took way too long to check me in. They messed up my booking and expected me to pay again when I had already been charged through booking.com. After going back and forth and getting booking.com involved they gave me a room. The same scenario ensued at checkout as well. Breakfast was mediocre, rooms had no basic amenities like shower caps, dental kits, comb, etc. WiFi was paid, no late checkouts, and the parking was paid. Felt more like a motel than a 4 start hotel.
