Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Troy Auburn Hills

Mold in shower ,carpet not vacuumed in a long while with left over cupcake sprinkles all over the floor . Shower curtain had a lot of black mold along the bottom . Microwave had crumbs around it and room dusty . When we checked in there was an empty glass outside of door …hotel not even close to be full and we are put at end farthest away from elevator and closest to busy highway . 10 parking fee

The breakfast was good and the attitude of the person making the eggs / omelette was really nice. The ambiance was also good. Relaxing.

The attitude of the person at checkin - She gave me a very noisy room with the ducts / vents outside the bedroom. Couldn’t sleep. Called up front desk to change the room, but the lady was very very rude. She did change the room, but why in the first place give me or anyone a noisy room at the price that was paid. Also, the hotel charges $10 per day for parking in a city like Troy MI, where there is ample parking available. Not at all worth the price I paid.

The location was perfect. The cleanliness of the room was not as I would have liked it. The customer service was good. It was a comfortable stay, not necessarily a clean, clean environment. And the soap dispensary was not Willie stopped, but overall people being nice most definitely the stay in your personal things like soup was not there.

Older hotel, this location had a lot of chipped paint in the rooms and wallpaper. There were no house keeping during my stay from the 24-26th finally on the 26th house keeping came. Also I charged several charges that put a hold on my account 3 different charges not the cost of the room. $90.81, $289.89 . The cost of my rooms were $169, and $135.00 not sure where the different charges come from when I addressed it the manager advised to take it up with my bank but it was pending. So it’s just holding up my funds that stopped me from providing the needs for my family major inconvenience especially standing at the grocery store such an embarrassment. The pool was extremely cold. I’ve stayed at several location from the Embassy Hilton and this location has been my wise experience from beginning to end even afterwards still dealing with hills on my account saddens me.
