February 2025 winter time. Sidewalk not shoveled and snow was piled high. how inconvenient for handicap or disabled ppl. The inside lobby was 48 degrees cold and the hot tub was oos due to heating issues. There was a childs dirty diaper next to the pool for who knows how long. We did not stay because it was disappointing and unsatisfying. I check for bed bugs on the mattress didn't see any but the mattress was stained and looked disgusting. Glad we didn't stay but disappointed we didn't get our money back.

I really don’t know where to start with this place. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, almost everything was broken—hot tub, sauna, and the ice machine. Not to mention there were no pool towels, and when I asked for more pillows, I was told they only had three, despite most people needing at least two per person. It felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid helping. The heater in our room was a nightmare. It kept turning on and off every 30 seconds, so I couldn’t get any rest. And don’t get me started on the lobby – they had kerosene heaters with open flames, which felt dangerous, and the whole place was freezing. The hallway and pool room were just as cold as the outdoors, and the leaks everywhere in the lobby and pool room made the place look like it was falling apart. The staff wasn’t much better. The receptionist couldn't even find my reservation because I booked online, and when I was in the pool with my kids, the staff glared at us like we were doing something wrong. Not a friendly vibe at all. Also, the pool door wouldn’t even close properly from our room. It’s no surprise there were only a few families staying here—the place is clearly falling apart. There were no local sports on TV, no breakfast, no vending machines working, and to top it off, the sidewalks weren’t even shoveled. The place is so run down, I’m shocked it hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room had bedbugs, went to the staff to complain, was blowin' off. Finally got moved to a different room. No hot water. No vending or ice machines that worked. When looking for vending machines I was informed by the staff that I was out of my room after curfew, and needed to stay in my room. Will never stay in this place again, and reporting them to the Health Department.

Do not recommend. Generally dirty staff was no where to be found when I arrived to check in. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot. Overall bad experience

Needs updating. Corners in bathroom tile were black and dirty

Up north for fall colors and made a one night reservation. Check in time is after 3 pm. Arrived at the motel at 7:30 pm tired after driving all day looking at the fall colors and was told my room was not ready and to come back in a couple hours. Came back at 9:30 pm and the room was finally ready. That really sucks

This property needs to be shut down!! That’s all that needs to be said. I’ve been lied to from “management” about who is the “manager” in attempt to hide themselves from resolving the issues while staying here. I have pictures, videos of proof as well as other guest complaints. Everyone needs to be aware to not stay here and I will not stop until I am refunded and the property is shut down.

Rooms were dirty, no hot water to shower , coffee by front desk garbage was full at 7 am lid to garbage can was filthy, I was not empress what so ever, the up keep is terrible!
