Hotel smelled pool area burned our eyes. Leaking ceilings, obvious mold in bathroom and entry way. Water stains on carpet

There was a pile of trash outside the entrance and the outside key card did not work. The outside door was unlocked. The courtyard was not mowed or maintained.

Easy access. Needs some improvements to floors. Friendly staff. Amazing indoor pool area.

Okay so the first night I checked in I went in room tired from driving, go to use restroom and stepped in water the bathroom had a lot a lot of water all over from floor and looked it was coming from wall and ceiling you could see a pipe Brock and it was leaking. Went right down to front desk the gentleman came down and looked pushed on wall and his hands went through cause it was so soft. Then I stated to switch rooms he said only other ones was upstairs and I said I requested downstairs for a reason. He said oh well maintenance comes tomorrow so I don’t know. Then went out did my business things come back asked to talk to manager see bout getting money back or discount and they played stupid said if he won’t be in until tomorrow after 11am. I said well that’s after check out and I have to drive 6 hrs home. And then they said oh well we had a fan in there. Yea I had to deal with a loud fan all weekend for a bathroom leaking. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all didn’t work and the wifi didn’t work. All and all never stay again not worth the money at all

The beds were very comfortable. But the site said there would be breakfast and there was none. The toilet and refrigerator wriggled, the carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed, there is nothing over sink drain, so you could lose something down there.

This property was not acceptable. The building had boarded up windows. We did not check in or stay at the location.

No food options hotel smelled like musty old mold, obvious mold in bathroom and over the entry door. Air conditioners didn't work!

I had no frig. They must be updating or something room was clean and bed comfortable

Should be closed. No maintenance in the last 20 years at least. Terrible smell throughout the hotel. An embarrassing joke of an attempt at a hotel.

Booked one type of room and after waiting 30 minutes in line I was told that room type was unavailable. Slow service and a subpar room, definitely do not recommend staying here.
