No hot tub or breakfast. Rooms were falling apart

There is no bar, like pictured. Actually, nothing was as it was in the pics. It was dirty, and run down. Overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

Manager couldn’t figure out card to get into room. Had to wait over an hour. Was quiet. but dingy room and hallway. Never got internet password. wouldn’t return

Started with….I had a second story room and the stairs were blocked to get up the stairs, they had to clear the stairs of multiple boxes. The toilet did not flush, the bathtub was disgusting and I would never had set foot in it even if I had not showered in days. But, I don’t even know if the water even worked as I did not turn it on. There was no one at the desk by 9am, just a number to call for room issues. Check-out online - I guess is the only option.

It wasn't terrible. Could definitely use better upkeep. No vending machines or working ice machine. No breakfast offered. Carpet was very old and stained. Bedding was clean. Might as well be considered a motel because there was no "hotel" amenities.

After waking up and realizing, because we were exhausted after a horrible day, we were sleeping in pee stained bedding. I wished we had hazmat suits instead of pajamas on. Told the front desk and they were not surprised nor did they care. DISGUSTING PLACE.

Water in the sink came out brown and fizzy. Don’t want to take a shower but really want a shower.

No hot tub ,no workout room ,no breakfast for guests, no bar,no phone in room,and no cold water for shower. And add 50.00 to bill with no explanation. Also womens bathroom not clean and mens closed.

Bathroom, in particular the tub could have been cleaned better. The carpet could have been swept better around bed skirting. Only one trash was inconvenient for a family. Somethings where new and others where out of date or slopped together as far as minor cosmetic repairs.
