Our room was stinky. We got a new room was much better but bathroom was really run down.

"positively had a place to say at an affordable cost. The beds were comfortable as shower was hot."

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. I asked for a late checkout and was granted one at noon. I also requested to have a riverfront view and it was approved. The staff was helpful however they were understaffed.

Hallways smelled like weed. Pool lights were not working. Hot tub was not hot. The room had a half roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls I had to ask for them. The room did not have any blankets or sheets or pillows for the pullout couch. The hallways were loud at night. The hotel was understaffed. There was no breakfast option. The TV did not work.
