Minneapolis Marriott West

Never heard from them at all. We couldn’t make our trip and they would or could not respond. Definitely won’t consider this hotel ever again.

The restaurant was understaffed. They closed early and locked the doors. There was a lacrosse team who took over a elevator. Layed on the floor and wouldn’t move.

So impressed bu the staff, hotel, and convenience!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Food service was excellent. Downside is that it is rather remote. There isn't much nearby. Moreover, it's about 18 miles from MSP airport. Fortunately, Uber and Lyft are readily available and can take you anywhere in the Twin Cities.

The room was excellent. It was spacious for my family of 5. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Not a huge deal, but the cable was hit or miss on the TV. Netflix and Amazon wouldn’t load.

The hotel was nice, but the floors of the room were dirty. I got a queen suite and there were hair balls on the bathroom floor and dried contact lenses on the carpet. It was obvious the floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Upon checking into the hotel, we told the front desk staff that we had 2 dogs at least twice. Not once did we fill out additional paperwork or leave a cell phone number for emergencies. There was a wedding and hockey tournament visitors at the hotel that weekend and the halls were very loud all night. Our dogs are not constant barkers but did bark with all the commotion a few times during the night. The following day we left the room for a game and upon our return, there was a letter taped to the door. The letter said that we needed to remove our dogs or stay with them and not leave them unattended. They were barking so the staff went into our room to "calm" down the dogs. Not a single phone call was made to let us know of the situation. Our dogs are not vicious but who just goes into a room with dogs they don't know to "calm" them down?! Terrible way to handle the situation and since it is a pet friendly hotel, you would think they have protocols in place for situations like this. We have stayed in hotels for the past 3 years with our little dogs and have NEVER had an issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE A DOG WITH!!
