The hot tub was out of service. I ordered a room executive suite with a king bed and a sofa bed because it was 2 adults and 2 kids and they didn’t give us a sofa bed and some had to sleep on the floor. They didn’t do anything to fix it or reimburse it. Also no breakfast for the price.

Comfortable room and bed. We like the firm couch and footstool and little desk!

It was a shame the doors (the key card system) did not work at the stairs and entrance closer to our room. It was a long walk down the corrider with bags. The pool water was really cold!

Very clean modern hotel. Beautiful pool/whirlpool. Staff friendly, helpful. Beds comfortable. Shower and products provided in shower, nice!

Breakfast in restaurant very slow. But food good!
