It was an excellent stay. I only gave 4 stars because when we initially entered our room after check in, (unaware that the pool access door on the opposite side of the room was left unlocked) as we prepared to unpack someone attempted to enter our room. I want to believe it was a simple mistake but it was not a pleasant experience. Had I been there alone I would have completely freaked out. Other than that It was really quiet and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Not so open to everyone. Very nice staff that always greet at the doors. Lobby and other areas are very clean.

Does not have side doors to go out at nighttime. You have to go out the main doors which is frustrating. The beds were not fully made. Also the AC fans are COVERED with dust and dirt and would not stay on.

"MARRIOTT SHOULD BE ASHAMED!"

FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING !!! FIRST & LAST TIME STAYING HERE. Stayed there with my family, didn’t get the room we requested, seen a ROACH and was told through another associate that Marlene the AGM said “because we were on an employee stay she couldn’t compensate us !” I TRAVELED FROM HOUSTON, at that point I was more than ready to go because what if I took them home with me ? Sheets had make up smears on them as if the bed was slept in and re made. Mold in one room, they just cauk the tubs instead of replacing home. We were moved 3 x’s and something was wrong in every room! I over heard another guest complain that he found a pair of dirty socks in his made bed ! Hotel is very ran down and dirty. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE I took both Jennifer the GM, and Marlene the AGM cards but reaching out wouldn’t even be worth it. Hotel needs to be bulldozed and built again 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
