"Batesville IN"

Check in was ok but they charged me for my stay beforehand. I have never had this done in all my travels. What if there would have been an unforseen issue? Pool was closed for maintenance, disappointing but not a deal breaker. No elevator, so older property. Cooking smell on floor, even though it clearly says No Cooking in the rooms. EXTREMELY, humid and sticky through out the interior of the hotel and hallways...no AC in the building? Fortunately, room was comfortable. I will be back to the area but will find better accomodations. It also seemed like more than "staff" work and possibly live there.

"Stop off on a long drive home after working an outdoor festival cold air, clean shower and bed was just what I needed"

Clean in good repair even though it was older

Halls were a bit dark and it was not the easiest to find
