Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

Excellent Hotel Experience, staff is wonderful, breakfast is wonderful, very clean. Location is perfect!

I am Trying to celebrate my birthday which is on Monday. I paid $379, 370 for those 4 days. Now let me start by saying the front desk is got some kind of smell ozone or something that they're pumping out through a tube that permeates the whole hotel, the rooms and everything. Now I have a head injury, okay, light smells and Pounds will trigger my head to have very bad migraine. Okay, secondly, the owner thought it was a good idea to let pet owners bring their pets on the 1st floor I'm disabled, I don't have a service animal And if you're gonna have people with dogs coexisting with people who do not like dogs and my rest is being disturbed by these stupid dogs barking if they're gonna allow dogs, then they should make the owners put a muzzle cause I don't wanna be hearing dogs barking all day. All night, you go outside people walking their dogs. You coming out people by the by the doors, the with their dogs, it's too much I don't like this hotel, you can't smoke. I have to come out to my car to smoke. What an inconvenience, but dealing with the dogs and the smell that's just too much to ask for me to put up with the money that I paid. I want peace. I want quiet, the staff is exceptional here. But what I paid for the money is unacceptable.

Poor breakfast, room in poor condition, bed not comfortable, dirty smelly halls, not a place I would recommend
