Closeness to track & restaurants. Very friendly staff & very clean.

The bed was ok

I stayed 3 nights and never got any fresh towels. In fact, I never even saw a housekeeping person. The wi-fi kept shutting off. And my room faced the freeway and was literally 25 yards from it., So at night it was very loud and at one point it sounded like a plane was landing in the room.

Unfortunately customer service was trash! The women at the front desk were very rude for no reason when I barely made contact with her. The lady at the front desk called me a rude ass bitch out oh nowhere after she told me to have a good day. It is very unsettling to go somewhere and pay for a room and they are nasty for no reason. My room also smells like smoke which I do not like. 0/10 I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and there is a lot of people just walking around the building for what reason I don’t know. I do not recommend go elsewhere for positive vibes, nice people, and great scenery. Try international for a better stay.

The place was good, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience.

AC has too much noise.
