Holiday inn has a good reputation, but this hotel was like a old hotel they bought or something. Definitely not as nice as I expected it to be. Carpet old and grimy. Room overall cleanliness was just ok. Headboard had prints and marks from someone before us. Just wasn’t that clean and nice. Bug free though.

We were very impressed with the property and hope to stay again! Pool was beautiful, although with the number of young people, we did not use it. Quiet room and easy on/off from I35 south. THANK YOU

"No airport shuttle but clean and quiet"

The staff were friendly and it was clean and quiet. The only disappointment was it said on line that they had an airport shuttle and they do not. They've been asking for a year for you to adjust that and it's not happening.
