pool was dirty

Not really satisfied with what you get for the price.

When we checked in, the service was rude. When we got one of our rooms the electricity didn’t work for the microwave, tv, and fridge. The hot tub was falling apart around the edges and very sharp edges cut my bathing suit and the stairway had no baseboards with loose and duct-taped carpet which anyone could trip and fall on. We had to take the stairs because the elevator was out of service. On our last morning we were locked out of our rooms hours before check out time causing us to have to interrupt our stay to go down to the desk for new keys. The front desk service was rude and dismissive. The cleaning staff were the most pleasant thing about this place. This place is far out of date compared to others of the same brand. No conveniences like any of the others in this brand and the horrible customer service with attitudes made it the worst experience I’ve ever had. DO BETTER!

Remodeled rooms are nice, pool and hot tub area are super. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Did not like that you have to pay for breakfast and it was terrible and way over priced.

Perfect spot if you are flying out of MSP

We booked through Expedia and chose the hotel based on pool and hot tub. When we went to check in, we were told they were overbooked and had to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel. That was very disappointing. The new location had a tiny pool and no hot tub. This was a special mother daughter get away and it was a huge disappointment that we weren’t notified of the change. It was too late in the day to change our plans.

Staff was great

Front desk is so great! Gentleman with glasses.

No breakfast or Donuts in the morning.

Room was very clean. Front office man was very young and rude. Drove 5 hours to stay here with a team and told me that I didn’t have a room. Had a room booked through Expedia and my receipt but had to argue about if I had booked a room or not still. Was very less than impressed with his approach to handle this situation. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant in said hotel was okay. Most of the food was cold or very soggy. No milk or water was served.
