Hotel needs some updates. Room was fine for a one night stay. Convenient location to food, gas, and grocery.

I booked a one night stay here for a concert. I realized after the cancellation period that this hotel has many negative reviews, If I had seen it before I would have cancelled this property. The hotel conditions are old, moldy, dirty. Restaurant and bar closed. Nothing on the property works. No ice. It smells of mold and many signs of damage from mold. Very outdated...not thoroughly clean. The beds surprisingly were not terrible. This property needs revamped and remodeled BADLY. I was happy to checkout and glad to not be staying another night. It wasn't noisy. Bed was ok. Room was rather dirty on phone, curtains, and furniture. Bed and shower seemed cleaned just super outdated. This place would be ok in a pinch. Free breakfast was DISGUSTING....all packaged processed crap. They didn't even make coffee or tea...they had cheap plastic k cups for a Keurig (which the room had as well). Whomever manages this place needs to evaluate this property, as it stands it won't last another year in this condition! Many other places around I'd choose over this property.

Just rundown

The hotel seemed nice in appearance, but was lacking. The front desk lady signed me up for the One Rewards program without even asking. I already had an account! The room was decent but the air wouldn't cool like I would prefer. The "breakfast" was served in a side room and consisted of bread, frozen waffles, jelly, amd juice. No protein at all, not even peanut butter. It was scary sad.

The entire cleaning staff resigned a couple of weeks ago. No housekeeping service for even long stays. Was not informed upon check in. There is however a small sheet of paper with that info at checking process. Contacted ihg Diamond member concierge, they loop you back to front desk. Virginia and Gail were sweethearts. Perhaps they need to look for another employer. I do not want a canned response from the owners. I want real compensation for services not offered. They did move me to the Double Tree next door. Same slum lord owner no housekeeping service.

The facility appeared to be clean but there was a musty smell in all the hallways. The bed was very comfortable

This place needs updated and some repairs. Carpets in the hallways were stained and there was a musty odor. The hallway wall across from our room had a panel removed and there were visible pipes and wiring. The elevator had some sort of quilted fabric hanging on the walls and was very creaky

This holiday inn should be shut down the quality does not meet the high standards they’re trying to make you pay! The hotel itself is literally falling apart from the walls inside and out side the rooms. The mold, wetness, and nastiness of the rooms . The throw up in the elevator and on the carpet, for 3 days!! The ceiling leaking! The breakfast was a joke so you’re truly not getting your moneys worth here, you’re over paying because it look like a super 8 or travel inn vibe is what I got from this property. It’s really sad how fast it went down to motel status! Yikes!! The hotel itself is scary! Beware if you’re staying at this property because it’s not what it used to be! I’m military and from this city I stayed several times in the past! This last time stunned me and I didn’t have time to search for something else had some commitments going on at the time. The continental breakfast was a joke oh and the throw up on the carpet and in the elevator lasted 3 days!! The staff all have attitudes. I spoke first each time. Horrible horrible horrible! The mold the dampness! The leaking ceiling

A quick overnight stay while passing through Ohio. Clean, decent hotel in a good location. Did not explore the hotel much. To the room, sleep, shower and out. No breakfast served at the time or our stay either.
