The reception was great. The bartender was awful. Too busy talking to a friend to acknowledge our presence. No smiles. Totally not a Pelican Bay employee. Not helpful. Please take the time to review his performance.

We had a fantastic time at the Inn. I was traveling with a large group and everyone was super accommodating. Krenar was especially great, and was helpful whenever our large group wanted to use the bikes or we needed a drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Probably as overrated a hotel as I have visited. The public areas are pretty. The person who greeted us at reception lacked personality. No smile. No “welcome to the Inn”. The rooms are fine but nothing special. My test of room size is whether it is possible to open two large suitcases and still have room to walk around. Our room would have failed. One test of whether housekeeping is well trained is whether the room clock is set to the correct time. Ours was 2.5 hours off and I couldn’t figure out how to change it. It looks like the bath was recently updated. I believe the shower door was improperly installed, so that the handles are in the wrong places. When inside the shower there is no handle to slide the door. Somebody should have noticed this. I thought the sheets were of low quality. There were rough compared to the sheets for similarly priced hotels. I also think that for $500 a night there should be more than one small bath towel person. The towel I used left me pretty wet..

We had stayed at the Ritz Carlton on the beach for a couple days for my wife’s conference. We wanted to experience the area for a long weekend, just not at the Ritz prices. The reviews for the Pelican Inn were overtop & it was reasonably priced. After our stay, we both saw why. The location was ideal & near to everything in Naples. The hotel has great amenities & is well kept. The best part was the customer service, especially Jeff the bartender who went out of his way to make sure I had my nightly Jameson & ginger ale. Jacob the bellman was also great. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation (Fernandez the Bull) ferried guest to beach & made sure we had beach chairs, an umbrella & ice cold water. There’s a reason this place consistently gets 5 stars. Keep up the great work. We’ll be back.

We selected this hotel based on its amazing reviews, and it's close proximity to a lot of fun things to do in the area. We were not disappointed! The rooms are absolutely beautiful with spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. They even have a little basket of wine selection and wine glasses for you. I thought that was a lovely touch! They have a lovely pool area, a jacuzzi, and even a fire pit to enjoy at night. The premises are impeccable. Breakfast is included and it does not disappoint! They even have a live guitar player to entertain you during your meal. This is such a lovely hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly! Jeff was so sweet when we checked in, and they allowed us a later check out as well. They have free beach Transportation which is only about a mile away, and they give you umbrellas and chairs for you to enjoy. This is definitely where we will be staying again when we return to Naples

My sister and I love this hidden gem in Naples. We stayed here in Nov 2024 & again in Oct 2025. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with incredible staff, immaculate rooms, a great breakfast, free parking, lovely pool/patio and in a great location! We would like to give a special shout out to Krenar, Anne & Nicola. They were all very helpful and friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Thanks for a great stay! Robin & Michele
