The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well.

Just okay, lamp didnt work on desk, had to replace, tv cable box went out and had to be replaced, no maid service or clean towels during our 3 night stay.

The staff were great. Bar and restaurant was realy good. Horel was extremely hot. AC not working in bar and restaurant. Pool not working. Room has leaks. Floor was wet. Clothes were wet from dampness in the room. Spiders in bathroom

We had stayed there before. The rooms are clean and roomy. Staff are nice and helpful.

No microwave in room. There is one by ice machine on each floor. 3 out of 4 ice machines that I tried did not dispense ice.

The room was clean upon arrival, but there was not any cleanup service during my 3 night stay. After the second night I asked the front desk to have a full service cleaning. Later that night when we returned to room, there had still not been any cleanup service provided. The phone was not connected in the room and I was unable to notify the front desk until the next morning, in person. Once I informed them about the absence of service, the 2 female workers said there was a staff shortage due to 3 staff members calling out and offered their apologies. I was so disappointed with the service, I forgot to let them know the phone service was out in my room. In addition, I attempted to attend breakfast on my second day, but the majority of the trays were empty. I was told they would be re-filled shortly. I waited for some time, before deciding to just have a biscuit. Lastly, I think it would be a good idea to rid the hotel of the carpet, because it gives off a musty scent and not in a good way.
