Mooie ruime kamer en badkamer

In het aangeprezen coffee café was alleen maar warme chocolademelk verkrijgbaar. Had graag iets anders te drinken willen bestellen.

It was pleasant. Nice rooms, good breakfast with variety. Designated parking place.

Bellhop did not put complete luggage in my car and a mistake which doesn't matter. I stayed in KL for 6 nights and kept asking the staff to send it to me which they did not after making excuses. It's when situations arise the response of staff is checked and it was polite yet non responsive and loss on my part which they dint care.

Spacious room, Spacious bathroom with bath tub, safe swimming pool, high speed elevator, Jazz musical theme, free & easy parking.

No ironing set provided. Requested 3x since early morning but not get it until check-out. Please improve on this matter. Great infinity pool, very cosy & beautiful but view being blocked by blocks of apartments (yeah, nothing can be done anymore).

"Decepcionante el trato recibido por parte del personal de Recepción"

La ambientación a la musica Jazz y el extraordinario restaurante Japonés que tienen al lado de la Recepción.

El trato al cliente. Llegamos a las 9 de la noche al hotel y no tenían la habitación preparada, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos, pero lo peor fue que escribieron mal el número de la habitación y nos vimos intentando entrar en una habitación ocupada por otros huéspedes.
