Quality Inn Gainesville

Firstly I made a mistake and lost my I D and on top of that she wouldn't refund my money. So free rooms for two days Hotel was dirty, smells bad, people hang out drinking in the parking lot. Very uncomfortable and unsafe. and I blame Expedia for even having a relationship with A Hotel like that. Never use Expedia again.

Disgusting Drugs Gave us a ket to a romm where someone was already LIVING THERE

The pool was infested and utterly disgusting. Was closed staff said due to rain but was green, growing algae with Lilly pads and toads. I have a picture to attach

The room itself looked like the pictures, it was fine. But the rest of the property could have been prettied up more to look as good as the rooms. Also we couodnt flush the toilet. The pool was filthy and green looking with stuff in it, there were full garbage cans in the breezeway leading to the stairs. It just wasn't pretty on the outside like most motels are. This is my first and last time staying at a Quality Inn.

Checked in and looked at beds, sheets had not been changed! There were blood spots and pubic hairs on sheets!. Told them and showed pics, they gave me another room so I checked them sheets and they were worse hairs all over sheets, no pillow cases either. So I just walked out and left and didn’t return

Room wasnt very clean pool advertised is out of service filled with some gross water, garbage cans overflowing

Its a pay by the week type place. Ice machine had no ice, door to room has been kicked in before and not properly fixed. It was a clean room.

The property itself is very run down , the pool was disgusting and alot of shady people around the rooms. The office is not marked as an office. Trash bags all over the building.

We checked in and went to the room, which was dingy and very outdated, the air conditioning did not work and it was in the upper 90's outside. We called the front desk to advise and he said to just come get my money back. No problem!

No hot water TV don't work rude people in the office they gave me a discount and then turn around and added it on another card Mexican people that's working on the road the shoes all outside all up and down the sidewalk looks terrible swimming pool look terrible
