"Not good at all"

My father passed away and I was unable to go to Colorado. I called and explained that his funeral was at the same time they absolutely refused to refund me or allow me to use at a future date. I escalated to the GM and said that I even had a death certificate and they just refused. That to me is horrendous customer service and honestly they just don’t care.

"Many other hotels to choose from in Denver."

This hotel is horribly mismanaged. From the Stonebridge Hospitality ownership group, to the hotel management, and the hotel's staff are extremely hostile, prone to gossiping, and confrontational. Neither the management, and or the staff, holds itself accountable in wrongfully blaming guests for apparent hotel issues. The rooms are just okay, but housekeeping was sufficiently lacking. The Food & Beverage Program is a ZERO out of 10, and it appears that the restaurant manager Beth is fully aware of her poor attitude. The only good aspect about the restaurant was the bartender Jodi which is why I gave this review a 2 star and not a one.

"Too much Colorado Smell for Us"

Would have been a great stay if our room and hallways didn’t smell like pot! I realize it’s Colorado but we have an allergy and even out room smelled like it and anything put on bedside tables reeked of it. Not enjoyable for us

"Con artists "

Room was average. A/c unit didn’t work very well. Major issue is the $12/day parking charge that they don’t tell you about. They just charge your card. This is absurd. It’s not a high traffic area and there was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. Be aware you will get this charge. It’s a joke. I will NOT stay here again.
