"A Stressful Situation Made Easier by Nicole"

I would like to recognize Nicole at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. My husband lost his wallet while we were traveling, and because the reservation was not in my name, we had to go through the frustrating process of contacting Hotels.com to have my name added. Being out of town and dealing with this situation was stressful, but Nicole was patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to assist us, answer our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. Her professionalism and compassion turned a very frustrating experience into a much smoother one. Crystal A was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to create an amazing customer experience. She went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and was very personable and friendly while doing so!
