Close to airport & shuttle 24 hr

The breakfast buffet was good with the exception of the coffee which was some of the worst coffee I have ever drank

Location was great & shuttle service excellent.

Pricy for airport

Comfortable bed, close to airport, good shuttle driver (Stephen).

1) Bad listening skills of front staff resulting in being woken twice by phone calls from reception. Suzanne was patronizing on two occasions and rude on one. 2)Partner having to call me to allow him a key to the room, after having told two receptionists what to expect. 3)Bathroom was inadequate: pedestal sink with no place to put toiletries. My makeup bag ended unfailing to the floor resulting in broken compacts. A really bad layout of shower where you have to dive under the shower head after turning on the water. 4) some of the rug in the room was wet, apparently due to air conditioning problems, so I had to crawl out of bed from the end of the bed to avoid stepping in a wet rug.

Could not have been easier to deal with. Was a perfect 10. Rhonda Hogue is wonderful to work with.
