Excellent place to stay was centrally located for all family members home residences. Loved the breakfast options, especially oatmeal with all the additional items to add! All employees friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when in Flowood, MS

stayed here while i was in Jackson for work and glad i did. the greeting by staff when i first arrived was excellent, the room was clean, fresh, quite, comfortable and modern. the breakfast was breakfast as it has been since the pandemic when it was better prior but still not horrible. all the staff were excellent and the welcoming gift bag was truly a nice touch.

I took a last minute trip and booked a one night room at TownPlace suites. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large with two queen beds and a kitchenette. Even though I didn't need to use it, I was happy it was there. Everything in and around the room was clean. I only had a problem with one of the elevators which the carpet was being cleaned. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would recommend TownPlace Suites by Marriott and will use them again.

Hotel was a great disappointment. We stayed on our way to Tennessee. 1st stay thought I had one bedroom suite and was room with pullout sofa. Imagine my disgust when we went to make bed and the dirty/ stained bedding was still there from who knows how long. Also the sofa bed is right up against the king bed. No way for person to get around to get to bathroom. Our second night on way back home I begged for up grade. After what happened the week before they did it. Get to room and only 2 towels for 3 people. Next no remote for bedroom TV. Then went to make sofa bed up for grandson and there are no sheets, pillows or blanket. Had to go back downstairs to get. Needless to say for a Marriott very very disappointed.
