"Stay away - Customer Service needs an upgrade"

Stayed here for 3 nights in early April with my family while visiting Atlanta. Hotel was overall nice and well located. After check-out I got a charge for an additional night of parking. I attempted to call many times and was transferred from person to person, but never found someone who could help , and never got a call back. Twice, I was asked to email someone (two different people) and I did but got no response despite repeated emails. Finally, I was ultimately transferred to General Manager on one call and left voicemail, which was not returned. I reached out to Mariott Customer Service and also got no response from the hotel. There are plenty of similar hotels to this one in Midtown. No need to waste your time here.

Location to downtown Atlanta.

The glass bathroom door does not provide sufficient privacy. The light emanating from the bathroom is sufficient to wake others during the night. The lack of a microwave in the room is peculiar.

"What is happening here…."

Wow is this place poorly run…ok, no room service. When asked, they claim they only do it every other day. Then asked for towels and fresh up the room. Never showed. Meal service is like an economy hotel - but cost way more ($30 substandard Buffett) was only choice. No perks at all mentioned or given for Ambassador level Bonvoy. I can’t understand how this place decent reviews. Will say the bartenders are great, engaging and accommodating.
