The hotel was quiet. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

The continental breakfast could have had more protein options other than yogurt.

It was more than amazing!!! My kids never liked any of the hotels we stayed in, but this one, oh my gosh!! They didn’t want to leave!!! The manager Bruce was amazing! Helped us with anything and everything! The room was clean and comfy! And breakfast was such a treat!!! Amazing hotel and great price! Kid friendly too!

There’s nothing I could find to dislike! We loved everything!!!

"This is a great place"

The lobby is beautiful. The glass elevator is really cool. Our room was very clean. Beds comfortable. My only complain was it was too warm. I turned the temp very low and it made no difference. I opened the window which helped a bit. Breakfast selections were wonderful. Very fresh. We will be traveling from Washington to Ohio often to see our daughter so when we stop in Billings we will stay at this hotel again. Oh also thank you for accommodating my service dog!
