"No consistent heat in room."

Bartender was extremely professionaly.Nice pool area.

The outside rooms are freezing. The front desk investigated and set the heater on 82 to offset the cold drafts. The room is warmer, as the hot heater offset the cold air leaks. The room is worn. The outside rooms are cheaper, so I expected worn, but also expected some comfortable temperature level.

Dining/Restaurant area was great, food was good, and service was excellent. Pool area was awesome!

Too many little buildings/so many hallways to walk through to get to the main lobby area.

"Stay at the Ramada, this hotel is great."

On a two week vacation this was the best place my wife and I stayed. This was very clean, rooms and beds were great, breakfast was filled with many choices, and the seating was a true restaurant. For activities at night one could use the swimming pool, mini golf, pool, and table tennis.

The hotel was wonderful, no complaints.

"Fairly good"

Breakfast was good with nice selections

We don’t understand why our second night was so much more. We were told there was an event going on and that was the reason. We noted that there were very few more vehicles for that night. That certainly doesn’t warrant a charge of probably $50 more. It has made us very upset with booking.com and we will never use it again
