While doing the reservation, there was no indication that the parking was a paid parking, there was no one at the reception desk upon arrival or when checking out. The room temperature and thermostat was not operational, the tub was not draining properly after taking a shower! Overall it was a disappointment stay at a hotel with the Hilton name attached to it!

Poor service. Broken ice machines. Rude staff. Old carpeting on rooms. $15 a night to park and not urban location.

Hotel is well appointed. Plenty of pillows. Bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and professional. I stayed for several weeks and had 0 complaints about the staff or the accommodations.

Bathroom sink was not draining. Reported it Friday early but Friday after lunch was still not draining. Telephone in room did not work. Reported both again late afternoon and by bedtime the sink was draining and the phone working. Overall a great stay.
