The seasonal pool will be open from May 17 to September 30. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They also took the time to help us both with figuring out the Pasmo app.

The staff were very accommodating with everything from check in to order cabs for departure. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was filled with all the amenities needed. The area around hotel was walkable but not great for wheelchair movement. Lots of stores and restaurant choices all witin walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful very tasty food and choices. This hotel was a wonderful experience.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We found out you have to pay to use it. This was not disclosed anywhere when we booked. If we we knew, we would had gone to a different hotel. We paid around $90 for one day, as my kids were looking forward for the pool.
