Got a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bed apartment. Very comfy bed and quality bedsheets/towels were Good sized safe in room. 24Chicken take out is around 100m away .

Shower was weak. Had an annoying fish tank screensaver on both TV’s, which was hard to turn off. Reception staff constantly giggling amongst themselves, which comes across as very unprofessional

You get what you pay fore. Booked one night here before going island hopping. Tried using the pool and gym, they are closed on Mondays for cleaning, although there was nobody doing something there … location is Manila center, which is great. The air conditioning is a pain - big, and loud. could not rest.

The room had breakfast includes which is in the coffee shop next door. We went there at 8:00 AM, ordered at 08:02 - you have very few options … we ordered eggs ans bacon. Literally by 08:56, nothing came in, so we decided to leave as we were risking losing our plane… they packed our breakfast while we got our luggage, however we could not take that on a grab … literally there were only 3 eggs and a few slices of bacon, I can imagine it might be a challenge for an amateur chef, but we were the only ones in the restaurant left starting with 08:25 … it was a shame, bought something to eat at the airport

Their customer service is second to none! Sphere has been one of the best accommodations I’ve had the pleasure of staying in while in Makati. I had left my Apple airbuds by accident upon checking out and they made sure it was safeguarded until it was picked up a month later! The staff is very friendly, kind, and trustworthy. I will make sure to recommend Sphere to any of my friends and associates wishing to find a clean, affordable, centrally located, and safe hotel in the Makati area. Salamat na malaki po!

I am a regular customer and they always exceeded their service. Thanks for the big room specially that I am in wheelchair due to my cast, the room given to us helps me a lot to recover.

La stanza era molto accogliente, oltre ad essere pulitissima. La piscina è bella.

La colazione non viene servita presso l’hotel ma nel ristorante accanto. Li, l’accoglienza che ci hanno riservato non è stata uguale a quella dei clienti del ristorante (paganti): abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora per ricevere quanto ordinato e per giunta ci hanno comunicato che i croissant ordinati un’ora prima erano terminati. Molto deludente
