"BED BUGS HORRIBLE STAY AND VERY BAD STAFF"

🛑 WARNING: ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – DO NOT STAY HERE! Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I could give negative stars, I would) I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The moment you step out of the lobby, the horror show begins. The corridors leading to the rooms are absolutely disgusting—the carpets are filthy, stained, and look like they haven't been vacuumed in years. To make matters worse, the hallways constantly reek of heavy cigarette smoke and weed. It was like walking through a toxic cloud just to get to my door. But the absolute breaking point happened at 1:00 AM. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling something crawling on me, turned on the lights, and to my absolute horror, the bed was infested with bed bugs. Actual bed bugs crawling all over the sheets while I was trying to sleep! When I packed my bags, went down to the front desk, and demanded my money back, the manager was completely useless and flat-out refused to give me a refund. Utterly unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable. Save your money, your health, and your sanity—stay anywhere else but here!

Comfortable bed, good location but climate control doesn't work and faculties need modernizing as it feels and looks like 40 years ago .

Climate control doesn't work and so exhaust fan in the bathroom .

Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The coffee was not great.

The wi-fi connection was very weak. I had to try several times to get my computer to even find it.
