I enjoyed the pool although it did not open until 10 am. I would have preferred earlier times. Jeremy the concierge was very kind in assisting us with problematic keycards. Pablo the cleaning person also assisted us in getting us into the gym midday becuase of the card issue

When I arrived I was informed that they did not have any Queen rooms ready. I booked months in advance. I was then sent to a room on the 3rd floor it turned out to be Full-size bedroom. I went to the concierge to let them know that I had paid for a Queen room and they proceeded to tell me that it was a Queens' room. I informed them that I have a full size bed in my home and know the difference. They proceeded to notify me that the rooms on those corners are Queen-size rooms. They finally decided to believe me and went to look for a room on the 1st floor. I was given a queen room. I was disappointed also because The Gym had a placard stating that they were open 24hrs and when we went at 5am it was closed. Our Keycards did not work most of the time and we had to continuously ask for assistance to get into the Gym we reported it to the concierge. The Gym had broken down equipment (treadmill, Elliptical) and very limited weights. This was an extreme disappointment. When we returned later in the day there was a new Paper on top of the placard that stated that the gym opens at 10am. We were never informed that we had to obtain vouchers for Breakfast that was included in our package. When we went to the breakfast area we were rudely approached by a worker as we were serving ourselves. I informed her that it was included in our stay. The worker informed us that it didnt matter and that we need to obtain a voucher from the front desk daily.

Nos informaron que el desayuno no lo teníamos incluido en la reserva. Se logró demostrar que si y no con buena actitud lo tuvieron que aceptar. La limpieza de la habitación. El baño le faltaban toallas, papel higiénico y limpieza en el piso. Cuando llegamos en la habitación hay cafetera y encontramos recipientes de café empezados no fueron recogidos. Desayuno falta más variedad. Todos los días fue igual.
