Great location, about a five minute walk to Nagoya Station. Room was small but very clean. The hotel has 2 coin operated washer/dryers and a lounge area near the lobby with free flowing coffee. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from as well as the traditional combinis.

The staff is well prepared and very nice, the room and bathroom are spacious and so clean, i really appreciated the view from my room.

The breakfast wasn't too bad. It had good variety and a mix of eastern and western style foods. The rooms were clean, spacious for the price, and quiet. The soap dispenser bottles in the showers were tamper-proof (big plus). The beds were comfortable, and the location is very convenient to Nagoya station.

The shower drain in my room didn't drain properly, so water backed up quickly when showering. Also, to access the hotel Wi-Fi, you have to register as a member of this hotel chain online--requiring me to input information rather than the staff just sharing the password like most other places normally do. It was more convenient to just use my smartphone data in the end.
