I like the location, pool, restaurant, snacks in the fridge near reception, nice view facing the trees. Usually find parking even if it's at the far end

Leaky noisy toilet in one of the rooms. No microwave in the room - only downside which isn't a huge deal but less convenient.

WORST experience ever. This hotel is overpriced (beware)at the time of check-in. They will tell you that parking is NOT free. (The hotel fee just went up from the time of booking) The pet fee is $40.00 per pet per night. Normally, it is $20.00 or 25.00. The rooms are NOT clean at all, specifically the bathroom (long hair everywhere. Outside Leaf 🍃 cleaning crew members come right to the balcony door. This is so noisy. The room and bathroom are so dull in lighting (that makes the stay unhappy). By the time the parking fee and the pet fee were priced. It was the hotel booking fee. Had no choice but to stay because it was a non-refundable booking. Deposit fee was $300.00 ROOMS BADLY NEED UPDATING. The bed is uncomfortable, and the room door had no Lock. Anyone can open the door. 2 nights felt like 5 nights. AFTER check-out Total 2 nights cost was over $250.00 PER NIGHT.

Breakfast plates and coffee cups ice c old making breakfast cold. Staff did not attend to replenishing the coffee or food so wait was 5 minutes. No bread or rolls to go with soup? No decaffeinated coffee or tea.

Location was good

We didn’t eat here. The location was fine. The parking wasn’t great. It was full upstairs and once you figured out how to get out of the parking garage it was fine. It was not clean in the rooms.
