Excellent, friendly staff. So clean, you wouldn’t know it was a hotel. The added benefit of free breakfast, dinner, and happy hour beverages is a huge plus.

Computers were down when i got there so the went ahead and got me to my room then delivered key cards and receipts when it camr back up. Very helpful staff.

Is a five, but only got a four overall because there is only one elevator and we often had to wait only to wait again since car was full (we were on fifth floor) I could not use pool area because I found it too hot and muggy. Had some trouble breathing. However, everything else was excellen. Definitely what you want to find. Enjoyable stay
