"Warm, Welcoming Hotel"

This is a great hotel with wonderful breakfast and a friendly, courteous staff. Everyone - the front desk staff, the breakfast staff, the maids and maintenance personnel - were so kind and welcoming. I'm staying here on my next trip to St. Joseph Missouri!

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for an early check in. Folks are traveling from out of town and may be rushing doe another event. The rooms that become available first should be given's to folks that have asked for early check in and NOT be charged. Also my bathtub had red steams of hair in it so that's let me know that the housekeeper didn't do a great job cleaning this room. Luckily for me I travel with all cleaning products to clean my room to my standards and not to anyone else's!!!

we went for a weekend stay, just my girls and I. Other than the pool being cold we had a great family time together.

The water was freezing in the pool.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. Food was great. All the workers in the food area were so polite and helpful.

"Love the Drury Inn would stay again"
