Would stay here again . I found it very easily, ten minutes walk to the shops in either direction . Was a bit underwhelmed with the continental breakfast

Comfortable clean and welcoming Breakfast was a little disappointing because I felt the croissant were a bit dry, the juice a bit weak, and the tea unlike previous tea and no vegan spread , I had mentioned this I was dairy free prior on booking sheet.

The room was very nice and clean, the bed was too soft for me, but the wife thought it was wonderful. It also had a bath which is a bonus.

Sadly, our stay at The Starling Cloud left us disappointed. When checking in, we found the breakfast pricing didn’t match what was shown during online check-in, even though I’d called ahead and was assured it would be the same. After arrival, only three beds were made up despite the booking clearly being for two adults and two children, so I had to return to reception to get the final bed sorted. On top of that, the TV remote didn’t work, which was frustrating after a long day. Overall, it felt like a series of small issues that added up to a poor experience.

We love staying at Starling Cloud. Check in is quick and easy. Our room was of a very good standard, as usual - clean and comfortable. The bathroom also was clean and well equipped.

Stayed here for one night and could not fault it. The staff were all very helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The room was good, bed comfortable and all was clean. However I wouldn't stay again because the breakfast was poor. A continental breakfast was just just cereals and mass produced brown or white bread/toast, no cheese or cold meats. The coffee was instant sachets! - I haven't experienced any comparable accomodation provider only offering instant coffee for breakfast. For the cost the standard should have been much better. The other thing I didn't like was the unnecessary amount of emails from expedia.

We stayed from 29 June to 2July. Our room was a lovely large family room which was quiet, clean, cool and airy throughout our stay.. I am very particular about bedding and during our stay we had immaculately clean and pressed bedding and towels for the bathroom. Bedding and towels fresh on arrival and changed on day 3. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful on check-in, during and through out our stay and checkout.Thumbs up to housekeeping. Online check-in was great. As was our welcome on arrival.
