We had a extremely BAD experience with this hotel. We had booked online for 2 nights stay on 12th and 13th May 2026. After a very long drive from Ohio we reached the hotel at 5am. Upon checking in we were told that by the receptionist they had rearranged our stay to another hotel. We are so pissed off but too tired to argue after 10 hours ride. How could the hotel cancelled our booking without notifying us? The receptionist boy was also so rude and did not appologized to us. Please avoid this hotel as you may also cancelled your reservation without notice
