Buffalo Airport Hotel

Room not ready at check in. They gave me a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Curtains had dirt / dust. I will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!

There was mold on the mattress and the room was dirty and smelled bad

This hotel needs to put more emphasis on cleanliness, floors are hardwood and they are very dirty, just doesn't have a real clean feel.

Our room looked clean until the natural light came in, the bed itself was clean but we found cigarette butts under the bed and there were areas with thick dust. We paid a lot to stay here and don’t feel it was worth the price paid.

Not sure why prices for hotels in Buffalo are so high but this was the ONLY reasonable rate for a Canadian to stay one night in Oct 2025. The hotel pics on expedia are misleading, the hotel is quite old, the room is very very basic. This is a motel basically. There are no amenities and there isn't even breakfast. It's massive though so at least you feel safe in terms of there are hundreds of rooms with people in them. The furniture in the room was easily from the 70s or 80s. It was clean though. Just very basic and nobody should be paying more than 100 USD a night for this hotel. If you are picking between this and the only other affordable option (Best Western Summit), choose the Best Western, at least the rooms are new and there's breakfast. Just this Airport Hotel is a better location for shopping and I guess if you're going to the airport.

We left our car parked there while away on vacation . Very unorganized at the front desk to get someone to escort us to the car park . Also requested a 400 am wake up call and didn’t get it 😤
