"Amazing accommodation"

The accommodation is magical. Pina and Alessandra are very attentive, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The location is also super, close to the train station and also the pedestrian streets. Shops and restaurants are also a few minutes away. Everything was super, thank you very much, we will definitely return.

"Around the corner from La Spezia Centrale"

Beautifully bright room right near the La Spezia Centrale train station with easy access to Cinque Terre. Aunty Pina brought us a breakfast of carbs every morning, and coordinating our check in and check out with Alessandra was seamless! The air conditioning worked well, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

"Great stay in La Spezia"

Price Breakfast was included: a positive surprise! Also they were kind enough to cater for a vegan. Very clean and comfortable, 5 minutes walk from the railway (they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise). A great touch: free limoncello!

Pina was a wonderful host, with a nicely presented breakfast each morning and her homemade limoncello, which was a delight. The room had everything and was comfortable to stay in, and a 5 min walk to the station :)

"Exceptional"

The location is great: literally 5 minutes walk from the train station. You can hear trains during the day but it is quiet at night. In reality, the room is even prettier and bigger than in the photos. There is everything you might need: drinkable water, a kettle, cups, cutlery, and a fridge. The bathroom equipment is new. The hosts Alessandra and Pina are wonderful. I received all the instructions in advance and felt at home during my stay. It is a clean, safe, and comfortable place!
