Beds are just ok- we like them a bit firmer - TV remote needed battery but was too late to go looking for them. Finally, take the restaurant menus out of the rooms if the selections are available any more - it was buffet only for breakfast and apparently for dinner as well

"Ok but expensive for what you get"

Room was just ok. No hand soup bars in the bathroom and some furniture damage. The lamps were crooked and the shades were dirty. It would have been ok but the price demanded better

Our room was very much in need of renovation. When you walk down the hall on the first floor, you can smell, stale, moldy smell. Also, we were awakened in the morning by two of the maids, right outside our door, talking very loudly and laughing loudly. Also, the coffee in the lobby was cold. Overall, it was not one of the best days I’ve ever had.
